"Missing someone doesnt mean you are apart but that one day you were together"
I cry a lot too -_-;;;
I've cried watching "Tenkuu no Escaflowne", "RahXephon", "Rurouni Kenshin" (OAVs), "Hotaru no Haka" (Grave of the Fireflies), "HAURU no Ugoku Shiro" (Howl's Moving Castle), "Heisei Tanuki Gassen Pompoko" (Pom Poko)... and many other anime T_T
I also cry when reading manga ;x____X;
I'm sooo much sensitive ;_;

Grave of the Fireflies is the best movie I've seen. It was pretty embarrassing as I watched the film at home and dad came in and saw me crying... pretty unusual to happen. If you don't cry while watching Grave, you are a person without feelings.
(if you didn't get the last paragraph... of old crying wasn't something a man wouldn't ever do in Finland and it still has cultural effect)

Iyaa! :o
I had forgotten about Grave of the Fireflies, when i saw it i had absolutely no idea of what the story so the ending hit me in heart like a bee sting Gibli makes such great movies :lol:
So i think its on the top sentimental animated movies that get your tears flowing
Animations like Rurouni Kenshin OVA are awsome, i love the story, and in the quoted from Yuki:
As of current stories, Kanon has me with tissue alert, since i think that story was made just to make people cry :?
I would recommend you give Kanon a chance even if its just once ^^

The first anime which made cry was definitely "Rurouni Kenshin" (Seisou Hen).
I don't know why I was all right when watching OVA The Memory, but Seisou really got on me. The first time I watched it I burst into tears three times in three separate scenes. Maybe because seeing Kenshin so old it makes you feel a sense of tragedy... A hero's decline...
.
In "Hotaru no Haka" (Grave of the Fireflies), I tried to control myself not to cry out, but there were tears ready to come down -__-|||
.
Hoshi no Koe (Voice from a Distant Star), as above, tears were ready to come down -___-|| (I tried to control it again..) Because I experienced sort of similar situation as the characters, too, it touched me.
Wow, seems that we are all packs of tears!!!
