Sorry, I misunderstood... The lottery dates are never announced in advance. If a 2nd lottery is announced, I will put the details here right away.
So far we know that there will be a public lottery for those who will buy the 9th album.

Just booked the hotel and flights. This time it'll be a shorter trip, couldn't arrange it any better, arriving on Tuesday 29th and leaving on Sunday the 3rd. I'll be having my nephew with me this time around, he's not sure if he would like to come to the concert or not but Yyrkoon can you try and get him a ticket if he decides that he'd like to come? Any info on when the next lottery/pre-sale will be?

Damn, I should've checked the location of the concert before making that hotel reservation. Had we taken the hotel at Shimbashi I could've walked to the hotel... We'll be staying right next to Shinagawa station but do trains run that late on new years?

I read that most lines would extend up to 4am/5am..? Just how crowded would these trains be on NYE realistically? I'm trying to find hotels/Airbnb within walking distance but it's NYE so most hotels are massively overpriced lol.

I just said he's probably not coming so you don't need to get him a ticket at this time

I just asked Google for the train and lines like Yamanote (which will take you from Ginza to Shinagawa) seems to run until 5 in the morning on December 31/January 1st.

Yeah, Dec. 31/Jan. 1 is the one night all year when trains run all night (not "until" 5am, it's continuous service even after 5am). It's pretty nice! Wish they'd do it on other special days too though...

Where I live trains run until 4 am every friday and saturday. Those are 'special days' here. How else are drunk people going to get home?

It seems that I'm the first one here to have bad enough luck to not get selected in the lotteries, even with three entries XD

I've managed to get tickets through a middleman service, though. Had to pay a bit extra, but I didn't want to rely on my luck anymore - too much anxiety hoping for a public lottery or the album lottery ^^'
It seems they got the tickets, but I'm still waiting to be 100% sure before freaking out about having a huge dream come true! If everything goes well I'll definitely write a report to "spoil" the concert a bit for everyone attending the later concerts

Out of curiosity, when/how does the physical tickets are issued and delivered to the FC lottery winners?
