I was actually surprised too, but the karaoke-setup, late time, and the obvious fact it was a convention room gave a different audience dynamic than what you'd expect from an arena rock concert. I heard that some people in the front who did try to sing along were kinda shouted down by people around them.

A lot of people were mouthing along to the words, though. But, no doubt, the audience response was ecstatic. She got a lot of marraige proposals during the gig.

i wonder how much better the dallas one will be... if it remains to be tight security, no autograph sessions... anyway, i'm thinking of going, but i've been to AX already (and this time i won't have friends to have a place to crash in) so i'm thinking it has to be a different experience in order for me to go.
