Maaya's IRC: try #2

Post by roxfan »

So I decided to try resurrecting our channel. Since we had rather lackluster attendance last time, I thought of some incentive for people to join :)
So, right now you can access the following goodies for download there:

1: Documentary "Kimi ni Todoku Koe" (2006)
2: Songs from the theatrical play "LETTER ~bring to light~" (lossless WMA)
3: Whoops!! - P' (lossless, APE) (2006 reissue)
4: High Touch! (fanclub live)
5: NO FEAR / Aisuru Koto (fanclub live)

with more to come :)

The channel is #maayasakamoto, the network is IRCHighway (irc.irchighway.net).

P.S. If you're new to IRC, here's a guide. Make sure to select IRCHighway network in the server list. If all else fails, copy & paste the following command into the input line (at the bottom of the screen):
/server irc.irchighway.net -j #maayasakamoto

This try would be #4 or #5, actually :D

Mac isn't an excuse, Mac has IRC clients too. I guess search for IRC free should return a non-pay-to-use-me software.
Now stuck in programming JavaScript

I just find that most of the mac irc clients are so insanely memory intensive that i can't happily run them alongside my photoshop, itunes, indesign, firefox, msn etc...
