And now you must excuse me as I shed tears for once again having to part with more of my hard-earned cash than I had anticipated because of ridiculous shipping costs. O Postal Service, wherefore does plain old air mail cost more than the item itself? In this, the 21st century, how can we not have the ability to fly things across the Pacific at a reasonable fare?

Have you looked at Yesasia, on their global site they offer free shipping if you spend more than 25 pounds-ish...is it the same on the USA site?

I encountered this issue while trying to order manga from Japan. But I'll be DAMNED if I was going to spend more on shipping than on the books themselves. My solution in the end? Ordering from bk1.jp, a Japanese book site that will ship overseas using the cheapest methods of shipping, including sea mail/surface mail (船便).

ahh.. i wish i could just live in japan one day.. well.. of course when she's still active. By that way there will be no problem for earning anything related to maaya.. no complicated procedure.. no damn airmail price... be a member of IDs.. just grab the ones u want XD
and of course can attend her concert..
hopefully maaya is not thinking for retirement way to soon

Has anyone read this yet? I don't want a massive review or anything but was it enjoyable?

It's been in my Yesasia shopping basket for a month waiting for me to get down to ordering it ^^;;; I was trying to wait and see if I could top up my basket to get the free shipping by combining it with something else.

I finally went with a used copy from amazon.co.jp as with shipping it was still cheaper than new from Yesasia or CDJapan ^^;;;;;

I'm really looking forward to reading it.

I'm hoping for photos too - and some inspiration for travel plans!!
