One is stereo, the other is 5.1 surround.

...I'm not very technological, I have a TV but these two audio settings confuse me. The TV has speakers so should I use one or the other?...

If you don't have surround setup but just two speakers, stereo usually gives better results.

what subtitles are you talking about ? I don't remember any released with the Dvd (and it would have been strange, as Flying Dog usually don't care about foreign fans...)

Some fans have uploaded the 15th Memorial Gift subs, they have made it theirselves, and shared them. But I don´t remember where I found them xD
