Taking a naturally created orbit that has let life evolve on earth for thousands of years, and altering it to better suits our needs is just a bad idea.

We will probably end up making earth a future target for asteroids or something. Or how about if the experiment changes the moon's delicate and very unique orbit! @_@

But all paranoia aside....
