I am back from the dead! Sort of. Sorry, been kinda busy.

I need to write a template for an e-mail so I can send it out whenever I screw up..which isn't that often but..anyway it would look like this:

Dear []

Unfortunately we sent your order before we received your e-mail. If you keep the [] we can give you a 10% refund. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Sorry I'm such a moocher but our usual translator is awol. I can give you emote hugs and kisses in return perhaps? Here is a sample: <3<3<3! Good, right? You wouldn't want to miss out on those...
