Arrrgh...translation help?

Post by misssakura »

I'm getting really frustrated with this one..it's basic business japanese but I just feel like I'm missing the meaning completely. I know what the words mean but the grammar is messing me up...

order## はすでにキャンセルしてませんか?
order## があたらしい注文です。

hmm... (I really have to train more ^^')

do you want to really cancel your order (now?)?
order is a new order
please confirm it one time more

Thats what I read. Doesn't made sense in my eyes with the second sentences.

###様へ

[product]の[# qty]箱の####番の注文が受け取りました。

ご確認してください。

I'm pretty sure that would be it. Anyone can correct me though. In this case we really need to know what exactly the product is and what the exact quantity is before translating though.
