So KOKIA's latest album "The Voice" just came out on February 20th. I've had a chance to listen through it 3 or 4 times so here are my impressions:
This album is a beautiful mix of typical KOKIA ballads along with some interesting italian language songs.
My favorite tracks on the album are:
Follow the Nightingale
Ave Maria
届きますように (todokimasuyouni)
ごめんね。(gomenne.)
Lacrima
il mare dei suoni
Everlasting
Follow the Nightingale is one of the most interesting songs on the album. It's hard to explain so I'll just post the youtube link. She basically sings backwards Japanese for a lot of the song, and it makes it sound kind of like the music for the Ar Tonelico video game.

This is a fanvideo for "Tales of..." video games, but it has the song in the background.
This is my favorite song from the new album, gomenne.

again, just a fanvideo slideshow of d-gray man pictures, but the song is in the background.
Here is Ave Maria:

This song is gorgeous, and very enchanting. I find myself mellowing out quite a bit to this song. It doesn't really have any words besides "ave maria", but it's great. ^__^
