I am a current part-time stalker, it's fun just wish I could find someone to compensate me for my time. Except I stalk internet semi-famous people who I can never meet in real life like nagano no teiou (king of nagano, even though she is a girl...a smexy girl at least...)

1. to make sure that they did not notice you
2. to know what she likes, what shops she usually go to
3. to take pictures, (If you have a camera) candid shots will do (enable silent mode if on an escalator, maybe if you're lucky, can get a shot at her pantsu XD *heaven*
4. if you are good enough, you can apply for a job. XD as a paparazzi.

Pure hilarium. I have not gotten to that point yet, but with your easy 4 step guide I will be there in no time. pantsu shot... Oh one day you will be mine.

If I was caught in the middle of doing it, I would not do such trivial things. I would just toss a smoke bomb down and ninja vanish.
