Maaya in Mugen no jyuunin

'08 is going to be a vintage year for anime.

First Mac F and now the best manga I've ever read will be animated: Muugen no jyuunin, (aka Blade of the Immortal).

Maaya will be voicing Manji's sister Machi which is a bad thing if you are familiar with the series. Its probably the character she is most suited for but I would have liked to see her in a stronger role, like Makie or later in the series as Doa.

I want this series to do justice to the manga, it will be a IG production so its looking good.

Man that looks badass... I will be watching that one for sure. So maaya got shafted on her role, or is that spoiler material?

Spoiler dude. But if you must, try the manga. Hiroaki Samura's artwork is incredible, even people tearing into each other with swords looks balletic. And the storyline is generally top notch.
