Wow, really?? It seems she quite often gets to do work in a lot of shows (that episode of Cowboy Bebop and she appeared for a couple in Naruto) but I guess that's the role of a Seiyuu for you ^^V

Not sure how many of you are lyrics buffs like me, but the new ED for Macross is penned by Iwasato Yuuho who wrote...like....a million Maaya songs in the past.

I hope Maaya will pop up again in Macross F though, two lines don't do it for me - I want a whole flashback, damn it!

Iwasato and Gabriella. In that case I'll leave it to Imuran to mull over. I prefer Diamond Crevasse, I'll probably miss Triangler when they replace it too.
The version of Aimo in ep 16 is Aimo OC, there are some changes in the lyrics but I'm starting to wish Ranka would learn a new song. I know its a important song but I would be happy to not hear it for the next few eps unless its Maaya's version.

I know how you feel, and the new version is a little too much for me. However, I love the instrumentals on the other aimo versions, I'm a sucker for Kanno piano compositions. Aimo reminds me a lot of 'sora' from the Escaflowne movie.

I wonder if Maaya's version will pop up someday, they must have to reveal Ranshe Mei in future episodes in order to explain things but...(>_<) well, here's hoping!!

At least get Megumi to sing some Minmay. I would like to see how she handles Ai wa nagareru (or zero G love). She sang Watashi no kare wa pilot quite well and I still want Megumi's Ai oboete imasuka. She's become a bit of a one trick pony recently.

If the Mei version of Aimo doesn't make it into OST2, there is always a chance (however slight) that it could end up in a 'Potch' album. Hope so, since she did co-write it.
