I just want to announce that... I have decided that ハニー・カム is indeed meant to be romanized "Honeycomb" not "Honey Come." I know there was something of a debate on this back when the album first came out, and first I argued it should be Honeycomb, then I decided Honey Come was right, and that's how I've had it, but I finally found some proof.

It's an album by some guy called "Honeycomb." How did they choose to translate that into Japanese? ハニー・カム. Which is EXACTLY how Maaya has it... exactly. It looks like honeycomb, when made katakana into Japanese, can be either ハニー・カム (hanii kamu) or ハニカム (hanikamu).

Plus, there's the honeycombs all over the PV.

But it is also a pun, because ハニカム (hanikamu) means 'to be shy/to be bashful' in Japanese, and that word turns up in the song lyrics. I'm guessing she spelled it the other way to clarify that the song title is "Honeycomb" and not "Hanikamu / Being Shy."

So yeah. It's Honeycomb, and anyone else who keeps the old misguided romaji is, well, stubborn. Haha. I hope people like Megumi adjust their translations accordingly!

Thats the battle of translators. ^^
I don't know, but I would say that "Honey" would be short ハニ　in all cases when the guy is meant, and long for "honeycomb". Just my feeling.
