[2007-03-16] Removed spambots and inactive users

I removed all inactive users as most of these were spambots. Unfortunatenaly I noticed I removed atleast one recently registered account that was a real person.
Inactive users means users who haven't ever activated their account using a link that is provided during registration to the forums.
