dakishimetai, kimi ga suki of mr.children. sakurai's lyric are gold. almost no one can match him in term of making lyric that can surpass even deepest thoughts..
anata of laruku. classic love song from a classic j-rock group i once really adore..
there's no maaya song that could be included as romantic?
i guess because it's brought by a girl we already know it's become more or less like maaya speaking the truth about her feelings and not to attract men..
for western songs..
more than words by xtreme is an all-time classic.. also i knew i loved u before i met you by savage garden.. i love savage garden's vocalist... his falsetto is plain beautiful.

Most of Sakamoto's songs are romantic to me
How I interpret it is quite differently.. but it is like a heart-to-heart sharing session sort of thing..
