You can make your own blog there. I'm not too familiar with it yet, but I guess it might be possible to make a group blog too (ie. for news). It should work like LiveJournal, Blogger etc.
I really wished I had a better mood today.

When you login through fans.maayas.net, click your blog's name and you can write a new article and set other settings too. It is a little weird, but atleast it works and is customizable
Edit What the... I haven't done any changes in the past hours and now the login is broken? Things can be weird sometimes...
