We're now back again hosted on a commercial level server. I moved out of city boundaries so I only have access to poor level of Internet connections. Luckily I got a tip about Kapsi, a Finnish internet based society that gives it's members pretty much any number of sites as long as you pay for the domains yourself.

Anyway, Maaya's should now be faster than in a long time

Not sure if it's related but I keep getting errors when I post and when I try to send PM's. The PM's don't send at all while the forum posts say they have errored but then appear ok on the forum.

I'll try to look at it once I get a better connection than this EDGE, I max at 10 kB/s and wait for each page quite a while so it is slow to do anything right now.

And yes, it is probably related. The only thing I can tell you to try is to clean up all old maayas.net cache in your browser including cookies so that you can get a fresh start.

I've fixed mail server that was pointing to the old incorrect one. That should reduce the amount of error messages by a good deal.
