It seems like a radio seed d with Maaya as guest has already aired. It is possible to download this radioshow from winmx.. So far no luck for me.

On the brighter note, or actually bad.. The third episode has aired, but not fully, due to an earthquake in Japan.

Finally we get to hear Lunamaria's regular voice (not surprised or angry like previous snippets), I was going for this, so I guess this will be my last upload:

Scene: Lunamaria reports to the Minerva crew that ORB representative Cagalli Yula Athha is on board.

This is an odd turn to the thread, but the new role for Maaya cought my interest.

just click cast, and you can see Maaya for the role of Meru.... (Mail, Mell?).
The series seem interesting, and gives me a feeling that its something ghibli would have made.

As for Maaya's income... well i don't know, maybe she is rich and doesn't need to work as much!

I'm not fluent. Most Maaya news is reading Japanese and I'd be better at listening. I need translations!

I know some words here and there, but can't read as I haven't studied the alphabets... if you can call them that. Kanji, hiragana, katakana... know only enough well to know if some text is Japanese or not

It is revealed that Maaya plays a second role in SEED DESTINY.

She plays Mayu Asuka, the protagonist's deceased sister.

Thats the second time i have heard Maaya do a secondary second role, as in Escaflowne, when she was Hitomi's grandmother ^^

And for the record, is the anime released by a group or has it not been released yet?

So far eps 1 to 8 have been released by a few groups. 9 will probably come out tomorrow.

This one is quite funny and one of my favorite scenes so far

Lunamaria gets to talk here a lot. You download the recorded scene below.

Episode 7

Athrun sees Lunamaria, Meyrin and Rey practicing their markmanship. Lunamaria doesn't do well and squints as she sees Rey doing better. Then Luna notices Athrun behind her.

Lunamaria: "Ah!"
Athrun: "Regulation training?"
Lunamaria: "Yes, at any rate they said it's more pleasant outside. But I'm not doing too well."

Rey looks away from them and starts to practice again.

Lunamaria: "Want to try it out with us?"
Athrun: "Uh? Ah, no, I.."
Lunamaria takes of the protection glasses: "The truth is, we all know quite a bit about you. A former ZAFT red-coat.. Klueze's squad... Midway through the war, the one who took out Strike, the strongest of then all..."

Rey shoots again.
Lunamaria: "Afterwards assigned to a special-task squadron that reported directly to the Defense Committee. ZGMF-X09A, Justice's pilot Athrun Zala, right? I don't know about his father, but that person is a hero to us. Including the affairs in the battle of Jachin Due."
Athrun: "Ah, no.."
Lunamaria walks towards him: "I've also heard that he's a pretty good shot."

Rey fires some shots again and Shinn walks through the hall to get to the shooting range. He sees Athrun.

Lunamaria: "Mind showing us an example? The truth is, I'm not very good."
Athrun smiles and takes her gun and Shinn walks in. What happens next is that Athrun practically owns them all, including Rey, by hitting moving targets perfectly.

Lunamaria: "You're shooting with the same gun.. How come?"
Athrun: "It's not the gun's fault. You tend to twist your wrist at the moment you pull the trigger, so your shots are scattered."

Cagalli watches from above: "Athrun."

Athrun: "Though I may have a talent for this sort of thing, it doesn't do me much good."
he walks away.

Lunamaria: "That's not true! It's needed to defend yourself and your comrades from the enemy."

Athrun glares back. "The enemy... Who's that?"
