IDS! newsletter #42

I've received yesterday the last newsletter from IDS! and I was quite surprised by the goodies inside (numbered IDS!68):
One piece of white cloth with cats drawn by Maaya, with the following text in english :
This is really a nice support text, and I don't think it comes from some lyrics. But so, I really ask myself what happened to her to be in need to express this good feeling. Let me think of something really big she was looking for for a long time, but I have no clue what it could be.
There is an explanation inside the newsletter, a small paragraph describing the cloth, but I still can't read that yet The title is something like "IDS! Society Continuation Special Rule!", like a motto for the IDS! members.
As there is ones of the prettiest photos of her I've seen ever in this letter, maybe for once I'll scan it and share it here, so people can help me with the underlying meaning of the text

Then the Kazeyomi flags, the mark of her hand and her signature.Persistence pays off. If you hurl yourself into hours of practice, you won't be able to keep it up for long. Instead, find an amount of free time you feel comfortable setting aside each day, and learn little by little. It'll add up to a lot. So don't give up. Just keep trying.
