poll was made at 2007.. but u won't see poll with such a massive choices like this so often.. so it's probably what most of japan people think..
and yeah.. Purachina, Tune the Rainbow, Hemisphere, Yakusoku wa Iranai... and one more Maaya song.. i forgot.. were on the top 100 list.
the number one from sousei no aquarion, it was composed (or arranged or both) by our mighty Yoko Kanno-sensei

edit: one more maaya song on the list was Kiseki no Umi
